Shipping policy

Yagoona Design Australia delivers via courier services providing tracking on each package shipped. Shipping costs are based on size, weight and distance and can vary greatly across Australia. Our freight costs can be found on individual product pages and apply per state of Australia.

Shipping is added to the purchase price once your contact details, address & payment information is accepted in the checkout process. Larger total weight orders, may be sent in 2 shipments due to the excessive freight costs the courier company pass on to us and then on to you, the customer. We will advise if this is the case when we receive your order!

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 545 Moorlands Road Bundaberg QLD 4670.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
